Weinview/Weintek EasyAccess connection problem

Hi, I bought a Weinview/Weintek MT8071ip HMI and an EasyAccess Activation Card.
I have activated the card on the HMI (it says activated), but fails to connect to server.
I get error codes: 205 and 208.


I bought the HMI through Alibaba. Is Weinview same as Weintek? I bought the HMI in Alibaba and it is promoted as Weinview/Weintek HMI. In the front of the HMI the label says Weinview, but at the back has a Weintek serial number.

Weinview is for sale within Mainland China, while Weintek is for sale outside the region. Weintek has a China and Global Server options for easy access. It is possible that the Weinview is restricted only to the China Access Server which may be causing your issue
