Maybe I am not understanding your request properly. SIMATIC Step 5 is a software that requires a license. As well, any VMWare machine requires a Windows 10 license. Not sure what you mean by helping you. All you need to do is contact a Siemens distributor, request a quote and buy the software. Only a Siemens distributor can help you.

As an alternative to a bootleg STEP5, I suggest S5 for Windows.
Fair price.
Runs natively under Windows 10.
