Offset & Gain Adjustment
Entering Adjustment Mode
1. Set the input card in adjustment mode (Turn ON Dip SW No-1)
2. Turn ON PLC
3. Set PLC operation mode to “Program”.
4. ADJ yellow indicator will Flash while unit is in adjustment mode and PLC is in Program Mode.
Offset Adjustment.
1. Set #21 into CIO 2000 (For Unit 0, Analog Input Card Ch-1) (For Ch-5, Set #25)
2. Turn ON bit 00 of CIO n+1 (2001.00)
3. Input 4.00 mA to Channel-1
4. Monitor the conversion value in CIO n+8 (2008)
5. Thurn ON bit 04 of CIO n+1 for offset adjustment (2001.04)
6. Turn OFF bit 04 of CIO n+1 for completing offset adjustment (2001.04)
7. Turn OFF bit 00 of CIO n+1 for exiting offset adjustment (2001.00)
Gain Adjustment
1. Set #21 into CIO 2000 (For Unit 0, Analog Input Card Channe-1) (For Channel-5, Set #25).
2. Turn ON bit 01 of CIO n+1 (Which is 2001.01)
3. Input 20.00 mA to Channel-1
4. Monitor the conversion value in CIO n+8 (2008).
5. Thurn ON bit 04 of CIO n+1 for gain adjustment (2001.04).
6. Turn OFF bit 04 of CIO n+1 for completing gain adjustment (2001.04)
7. Turn OFF bit 01 of CIO n+1 for exiting offset adjustment (2001.01)
Existing Adjustment Mode (Put the Input Card to Normal Mode)
1. Turn OFF the power of PLC.
2. Set the input card to Normal Mode (Turn OFF Dip SW No-1)
3. Turn ON the power of PLC
NOTE:
2000 : Selecting Channel for Adjustment (Ch-1: #21, Ch-2: #22, …., Ch: #28)
2001.00 : Offset Adjustment
2001.01 : Gain Adjustment
2001.04 : Writing New Conversion value to EEPROM
2008 : Monitoring Conversion Value while Setting #21 into CIO 2000
