Codesys Import/Export POU's between brands?

Hi all,

Is there a way to import POU's from ABB Automation Builder to Schneider EcoStruxure Machine Expert?
They both run Codesys software.

ABB Automation Builder exports as a .exp file but the schneider software will not accept that file format.

In the past I have copy + pasted rungs of ladder from TwinCAT to CODESYS and viceversa.

Is .exp a binary or XML?


also have you tried PLCOpen XML format?
