Hi,
I have a Mitsubishi F2-60MR with an extention unit F2-60ER, installed in an old Mitsubishi Linac, and I have no information about it at all. I do not even have the program listing. I need to plan for its failure. What is the best thing to do ?

Can I get communication software (from where ?) and download the program from it to a PC ? Are spare units available easily or should I write a new program for a newer model and replace it ?

Thanks,
Garnet.

Hi
It used to be possible to clip a special module onto this and download using a special cable using medoc software. I cannot remeber part names but as far as I know it cannot be purchased anymore (maybe not even 10 years ago).

If there is a software house in your area that does Mitsubishi I would ring them and see if they can help you get a listing, otherwise you are probably looking at a rewrite.
