Hi there!
Would like to give my thanks to all the problemsolvers out there, this site have helped me alot!
I have a small problem though, that i haven't encountered before.
When i start up NS8, it stays black for 20 seconds (that's my retry count). After that it comes up with an error:
"Time-out error occurs while downloading by the following case:
-Disconnection of the connecting cable
-Stopped host
-Incorrect time-out period
Allocation Host: HOVEDPLS"
I have a CJ2M CPU 31 that is connected to a NS8 hmi with ethernet, no router between them.
I've tried everything when it comes to ip address, nodes, address table, etn host settings, ethernet settings on the HMI etc. I've also made the routing to the build in ethernet port (250 to network 1).
PLC's IP: 192.168.1.1
sub: 255.255.255.0
Done nothing else except the routing table (built in port 250 to network1)
NS8's IP: 192.168.1.4
Sub: 255.255.255.0
Network 1 Node 4
Added the plc and computers ip on the address table. Also added the PLC as a host.
I can connect to them seperately through ethernet. Can ping and download program to them.
There's one thing that i don't understand though. At Integrator, it says on the CJ2M-EIP21 that the network is (-)
but the node is (1) and unit is (1). Can this be the hickup? If so, what have I missed?
Regards
